Vixen Terms & Conditions of Partnership

Before you apply, we want to be completely transparent about how this partnership works. By proceeding to the application form and submitting your details, you agree to the following terms:

Content Usage & Promotion: You grant FOOF Brand and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use, display, and distribute your images, videos, and likeness across our network (including websites, social media, and promotional materials) to enhance your credibility, market your profile, and drive overall brand growth.

Third-Party Representation & Negotiation: You authorize FOOF Brand to act as your representative and point of contact for business inquiries stemming from our promotional efforts. If an outside party contacts FOOF Brand wanting to do business with you (as a result of seeing your presence across our network), we will encourage you to have your manager negotiate alongside FOOF Brand to secure the absolute best opportunity for you. In the event that you do not have a manager or are completely self-managing, FOOF Brand will take full accountability for negotiating directly with the inquiring party on your behalf.

Professional Standards: As a FOOF Vixen, you agree to maintain a professional standard of content that aligns with the brand's image and vision while actively participating in scheduled promotions.
